Industrial Four Sides Wet Film Coating Device
DSP is utilized for the application of a wet film with a defined thickness to measure the covering rate, assess the colour of the sample, or to prepare sample plates etc. It is designed to uniformly coat paints, binders, pastes and similar products on flat surfaces.

*Usage: Start by placing the sample plate firmly on the platform and ensure it remains stationary while the preparator is in operation. Select a preparator that matches the needed wet film thickness and position it along the shorter side of the sample plate or close to the designated position. Pour the sample in front of the preparator, then hold both ends of the preparator with your fingers and move it at a speed of 150mm/s to coat the wet film to the specified thickness.
