PTFE Vessel for Hydrothermal Synthesis Autoclave Reactor
PTFE liner for replacement for our autoclave reactor.
The Hydrothermal Autoclave reactor is used to carry hydrothermal reaction at high pressure and high temperatures. \n \nThis product is the PTFE liner only, for use when multiple liners are required for the same autoclave or as a replacement. \n Specifications:
- Material: PTFE (Poly Tetra Fluoroethylene: Resistant to Acid and Alkali, and various organic solvents, it is almost insoluble in all the solvents
- Parts: Liner, Liner Lid
- Temperature: It is possible to use this up to 230°C, however 200 ° C is recommended as a safe operation temperature as reactions and pressure can continue building temperature inside.
- Higher temperatures up to 260°C by using the PPL liner
