Semi-Auto Layer by Layer Stacking Machine for Pouch Cell Electrode
BDP200-C is primarily utilized for the assembly of Z-shaped stacking of the positive and negative electrodes along with the separator in lithium batteries.
The machine operates with a manual loading system, while the processes of electrode position correction and stacking are fully automated, providing high efficiency and precision in stacking. It can stack batteries up to 200*200mm, and by adjusting the fixtures, various sizes can be accommodated, making it ideal for lithium-ion battery development and sample preparation.
The machine utilizes a single cantilever design, with the coil isolation membrane managing constant tension automatically, and the motor enabling the Separator to shift side to side for zigzag arrangement.

1. The stacking quantity can be automatically managed in accordance with preset settings
2. The size of the battery can be modified by repositioning the fixture, allowing for a significant range of adjustments.
There are two formats available. A table-top model as well as a floor-standing model which includes a table.
